For the 200th anniversary of the invention of the chronograph watch by Louis Moinet, the compteur de tierces (my hands-on review with video here) dating back to 1816, the independent brand is creating a series of special editions of its Memoris, a watch with a dial-side chronograph mechanism that pushes the envelope in terms of design and superfluous artistic elements.
